Terms of Use

1. Eligibility

The Practitioner Portal is restricted to Philippine-licensed physicians in good standing with the PRC and, where applicable, board certification in their declared specialty. CAA reserves the right to verify credentials and to suspend access at its sole discretion.

2. Acceptable use

• No sharing of login credentials.
• No unauthorized access to another user's data.
• No scraping, reverse-engineering, or automated crawling of the site.
• Compliance with all facility rules, DOH regulations, and PMA/PSPS/PAPRAS codes of ethics.

3. Bookings and cancellations

OR suites are reserved on a first-confirmed basis. Cancellations less than 48 hours before the scheduled slot may forfeit the deposit at CAA's discretion. Emergency reallocation of suites may occur; affected practitioners will be notified as promptly as possible.

4. Independent practice

CAA provides the shared facility, staff, and infrastructure. Clinical care remains the sole professional responsibility of the treating surgeon, who indemnifies CAA against claims arising from clinical judgement, technique, or outcome.

5. Intellectual property

All CAA trademarks, logos, protocols, and site content are owned by Center for Advanced Aesthetics. Personal, non-commercial use is permitted; commercial reuse requires written permission.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, CAA is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or portal.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Philippine law. Exclusive venue for any dispute is the proper courts of Makati City.
